With a career that spans over 20 years of painting in his native land of the occupied Golan Heights, Aiman is an active member of a number of artistic associations and has participated in a number of international exhibits including the Journalistic Photography Exhibition in Amsterdam. His paintings capture images from his environment that are yet blurred up as if they are shadows of memories. While his colors emphasize tones of black, grey and white, somehow the images do not present a bleak or a depressing picture, but rather the clips and motifs of daily impressions of human life. While the viewer might be struck by the power of some of the imagery used, the air of calmness that the fleeting moments captured cannot be mistaken.
