Mohammed Al Haj

Mohammed Al Haj is a burgeoning Gaza based artist and art teacher, whose paintings’ style varies from one art school to another: from abstract paintings to expressionism to pop art. Born in Libya in 1982. was awarded a bachelor's degree in art education from Al-Aqsa University in 2004. Attended several intensive courses in drawing, painting and sculpture. He has special interests in graphic and art murals. He is a founding member of the Palestinian Artists Association in the central Gaza Strip, a member of its Board Directors, and a member of Roots Gallery and Paletta Group of Fine Art. Has several contributions in many exhibitions and events, local and abroad. In parallel to organizing several art workshops and group exhibition, he is currently a teacher of art education in a governmental school.
