Born in Jordan in 1965, Samar Haddadin’s education has been extensive. She received her B.A in archeology and history from the University of Jordan in 1987, and in 1990 she graduated from Amman's Music and Fine Arts Academy. Her visual arts education includes graphic printing workshops by American artist Lynne Allen at the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts and private training in painting with noted artist Salam Kanaan from 1994-1995.
Haddadin was a member of the University of Jordan's studio of art from 1984
to1987, and an art teacher at Rosary College in Amman from 1989 to1991. She is also a member of the Jordanian Plastic Art Association. She has several solo exhibitions to her credit, including the 2004 Exhibition on Street Culture in Amman, an exhibition at the Royal Culture Center, and a 2002 exhibition at the Blue Fig in Abdoun.
In 2004, Haddadin participated in a traveling exhibition for International Woman’s Day which showed in Jordan at Amman's City Hall and in Lebanon at the Cultural Council of South Lebanon and the Invitation for Peace in Beirut.
